How to address U.S. cyberseurity vulnerability

American companies are on the new front lines of the global cyber conflict — and these private enterprises are now facing nation-state-funded threats. These private organizations have a major role to play in maintaining America’s critical infrastructure, but they are not getting what they need. New cybersecurity legislation emphasizes these companies’ responsibilities to talk to government, but there are more effective and less constitutionally troubling options to keep the United States secur if the administration is bold enough to take them.
