CSC wins extensions on key Australian critical infracture projects which may total to be more than $80 million

Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) has secured contract extensions with the Australian Department of Immigration and Multicultural Affairs (DIMA) and the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC). If these two contracts are fully exercised, the new terms will be valued at $82 million. Currently CSC provides mainframe and mid-range services in support of DIMA’s core Border Critical Infrastructure. The new agreements will extend this service for two more years with an option for another two years. The deal with AEC also has CSC providing mainframe IT services, but only for one year. Their extension agreement will be for another year, also with the extension for an additional year as an option.
