Owing to the state of emergency declared by New York the governor, and the potential danger presented by Hurricane Sandy, ISC Events has decided to postpone ISC East; the event was scheduled for 30-31 October at Jacob Javits Convention center in New York

Owing to the state of emergency declared by New York the governor, and the potential danger presented by Hurricane Sandy, ISC Events has decided to postpone ISC East.

ISC East 2012, known as International Security Conference & Expo East, was scheduled for 30-31 October at Jacob Javits Convention center in New York. Thousands of visitors and dozens of exhibitors, many from outside the United States, registered to participate in the event.

ISC Events said it was working with exhibitors, attendees, and the Javits Center to try to establish an appropriate future date for the show. Updated information can be found at the event’s Web site.

The organizers say that in addition to the Web site, updates will be provided in three additional ways:

  • e-mail communications (the organizers will send e-mails to registered participants as regularly as possible)
