Defense Strategies Institute (DSI) announced the 7th annual Big Data for Intelligence Symposium, focusing on the theme “Harnessing the Power of Advanced Analytics to Support Enhanced Decision Making.”The symposium will focus on the challenges and opportunities of turning large amounts of raw data into actionable intelligence and the steps that should be taken in the future to improve this process in order to maintain U.S. operational advantage.

Defense Strategies Institute (DSI) announced the 7th annual Big Data for Intelligence Symposium, which will take place 30-31 October 2019 at the Mary M. Gates Learning Center in Alexandria, Virginia.

This year’s summit will bring together members of the Intelligence Community, U.S. military commands, government agencies, members of academia, and technology industry leaders to focus on the theme “Harnessing the Power of Advanced Analytics to Support Enhanced Decision Making.”

DSI says that its 2019 Big Data for Intelligence Symposium will focus on the challenges and opportunities of turning large amounts of raw data into actionable intelligence and the steps that should be taken in the future to improve this process in order to maintain U.S. operational advantage. “Session discussions will allow for open and honest dialogue regarding ways to securely store, retrieve, share, and analyze our data to create actionable intelligence while maximizing efficiency and security,” DSI says. 

The 2019 Big Data for Intelligence Symposium will feature senior-level speakers, including:
