Cyber Tracker maker acquires Comet Tracker maker

Homeland Integrated Security Systems (OTC: HISC) has completed and submitted its Form SB 2 for the up list and application to the NASDAQ Bulletin Board. Note that included in the Form SB-2 filing is stock registered at $.50 for Homeland Integrated Security Systems to acquire 100 percent of Tampa, Florida-based ActSoft for $15 million cash or other consideration. ActSoft is a GPS software company, and it is profitable with more than $6,000,000 in sales in 2005 and $2,200,000 net profit. ActSoft is projecting its 2006 totals to exceed $12,000,000 in sales with more than $5,000,000 to its bottom line.
