IDS to acquire IT security company STS

STS currently has $13 million in contracts for 2006, including contracts with the Department of State to provide IT management and security services in several U.S. embassies around the world. STS projects a 2006 EBIDTA of $4 million. Combined revenues for HLS and STS for the 2006 calendar year are projected to be approximately $50 million. IDS HLS division has been experiencing double digit growth in revenues and profits in the last two quarters and the combined companies of STS and HLS have zero debt.
