There are companies specializing in disaster recovery and business continuity. One such company is San Antonio, Texas-based Phoenix Disaster Services. Trouble is, the site is down and the company is not operating. The president posted this message on the company’s Web site: “Our site is temporarily down due to Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. We are working hard to get them back online. Please check back soon.” The message was posted 28 October.
