Large defense contractor is going to bid as prime contractor on large border security project

Waltham, Massachusetts-based Raytheon said today that it plans to bid as a prime contractor for DHS’s secure border initiative SBInet project. The company pointed to its surveillance and systems integration services as examples of technologies which would help Customs and Border Protection (CBP) secure the U.S. borders.
