ISIS has boasted that its Islamist fighters have killed 5,200 people in “military operations” during the holy month of Ramadan.

The Mirror reports that in an infographic in the group’s Arabic-language weekly magazine al-Naba, ISIS lists fourteen terrorist attacks group followers carried out in Europe, the United States, Asia, Africa, Syria, and Iraq.

Those killed include forty-nine people killed in an attack at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida, in June, and twenty-two killed in a café in Dhaka, Bangladesh, at the beginning of July.

The group highlights the attack which killed nearly 300 people in Baghdad, when a refrigerator truck packed with explosives exploded outside a shopping mall in the Iraqi capital.

The group’s list also included that attack on Istanbul’s Atatürk Airport, which killed forty-one people and injured hundreds more.

ISIS also claimed responsibility for the attack by Larossi Abdallah, who murdered a French policeman and his wife just outside Paris, and the car bomb which killed six Jordanian soldiers near the Syrian border.

Vocativ notes that although these incidents have been widely covered in the media, not all the numbers have been independently verified, .

The graphic gives also offers a breakdown of the victims and where they have come from. They include nearly 2,000 Shiites, 1,000 Kurds, 600 Syrian Alawites, and 300 Christians.

The Islamic faith regards the month of Ramadan as a period of introspection and peace, but before Ramadan began, ISIS called for its followers to kill wherever they could around the globe.
