Philippines city begins to use biometric daily time records

Starting 1 December, about 300 provincial employees in Maasin City in the Philippines have began to use biometric daily time record (DTR): In reporting and leaving one’s work station, employees now use their index finger with the aid of what looks like a mouse attached to a sophisticated computer set.
