The numbers are in, the envelopes are sealed, and it is time to announce the findings of Government Security News’s “Top 100 DHS Contractors” for fiscal year 2006. Bechtel National ($471.2 million); C2HM Hill Constructors ($436.5 million); IBM ($413.3 million); Unisys ($362.8 million); Integrated Coast Guard Systems ($325.6 million); American Red Cross ($285 million); L-3 Communications ($270.6 million); and JHM Research and Development ($250.2 million). The rankings were based on data made available by the Federal Procurement Data Center, a unit of the General Services Administration.
