Deals cover a range of communications and analysis systems; 90 percent are for new projects rather than extensions of earlier ones

Ballston, Virginia-based CACI International, perhaps intending to draw attention to its third quarter performance, this week announced it had won $230 million in previously unannounced federal IT contracts. They included: providing solutions for communications; intelligence analysis, engineering, and testing; and collaborative decision-making tools for the collection, exploitation, foreign-language conversion, and analysis of data.

90 percent of the contracts are for new projects rather than extensions of earlier ones.
