On-demand TV can now be used not only for HBO specials, but also for homeland security programming

There is YouTube, and there will be homeland security tube. Plainview, New York-based NeuLion, a company specilalizing in Internet TV (or IPTV) programming, has been selected by Security Media as the platform for a 24/7 live and on demand homeland security-related programs. Security Media aims its programs to individuals and companies interested in security media content. The company has partnered with several vendors and content providers to offer programs on homeland security, law enforcement, and environmental security.

Jim Hall, CEO of Security Media, said that “With security occupying the attention of many businesses and individuals, this new service offered by Security Media, will fill a void in the industry and give people security expertise not otherwise found on today’s traditional broadcasting networks.”
